If you are so fortunate to get Blake as your realtor, you will be blessed! First, he is a native to the Destin area and is 3rd generation in dealings with real estate. He definitely knows the Destin, 30A, and panhandle area. He is very conscientious and attentive to details. When I was interested in something, he would quickly go to the property and video it because I was looking from out of town. When you become interested, he knows what is necessary to close the deal and fights for you in the process. He is also polite, genuine, and kind. We would recommend him for either the buyer or seller of a property. Florida is a tough area when you are an out-of-state buyer so he made that much easier for us while we had to be remote.
